How long will it take to receive my prints?

Glossy print orders take 1-2 days for processing, Matte prints take a few days more due to lower volumes of prints from the printer, and are then shipped. If you chose standard delivery, my printer may send your order by one of several methods which they determine to be appropriate. Normally, your order should arrive within 7-10 days.

"Express" orders should arrive the business day after it is shipped. Express shipping is only available to US addresses.

How much do your prints cost?

I offer high quality prints. I send my digital images to a quality printer that uses high-quality Fuji Crystal Archive paper, so my digital images will look as good and last as long as prints made from traditional film.

I want to purchase more than one JPG on CD?  How do you package this?

When you purchase a JPG file at my store, the cost is per JPG file.  However, if you choose multiple pictures, I will burn them on 1 CD. The advantage of that is that you can use/reproduce the picture(s) as many times as you want, and also it can be used for web publishing, i.e. a team or personal website. However, they cannot be used in magazines, newspapers, trade publications, etc. without prior written consent.

How can I purchase your photos for commercial use?

My photos are available for commercial use by purchasing them at my store.  These photos can used for web pages, since they will be in 800 x 600 pixels, and 72 dpi resolution and color corrected.  When choosing the Commercial Use option, I am giving your business permission to use the photo(s).  It would be nice if you credited my photo(s) on your site, but it isn't required for purchase or use.
